At the just concluded 2011 Annual General Meeting of the Information Technology (Industry) Association of Nigeria (ITAN), Mrs. Florence Seriki, CEO of Omatek Computers was elected as the 6th President of the Association. Also, the new Constitution was approved by consensus at the AGM.
The AGM which took place at the Transcorp Hilton in Abuja, on the 24th of November, 2011 was the perfect opportunity to hand over the mantle of leadership of the Association after four years of visionary leadership by the Immediate Past President (IPP), Dr. Jimson Olufuye and his National Executive Council.
