Top Promoter of African Innovation-Prof Calestous Juma Dies


This came as a shock learning about the death of Prof Calestous Juma.Africa has in deed lost a distinguished academics who is passionate and wants  to see the continent leverage her potentials through technology and innovation.His views on where Africa should be is always very obvious.His contribution to technology and innovation in Africa will always remain a driving force for the change the continent deserves.

Calestous Juma, a Kenyan-born Harvard Kennedy School professor remembered for his contributions to the study of technology and innovation in Africa and for his “boisterous laugh,” died Friday due to prolonged health issues. He was 64
